Meals 1/7/2013

Breakfast - 2 eggs with cracked pepper, green tea
Some almonds
Lunch - Chicken breast (leftover with Indian spices), spinach salad, blackberries
Honey crisp apple
More almonds
Dinner - Grok Pizza (with sausage, ham, mushrooms) and a side plate of Italian sausage with the extra sauce
Green tea
