Meals 1/11/2013
Breakfast - 1 1/2 eggs with a slice of ham, peppermint tea (my new obsession!)
Almonds
Lunch - Cobb salad
Half a large orange, more almonds, some pistachios
Banana
Dinner - Chicken breast, bacon, swiss cheese with half an avocado
